In the Name of God Esteemed Vice-Chancellors of Education – All Faculties Subject: Issuance of Introduction Letters for the Summer Semester to Other Universities Greetings, Respectfully, please instruct that all students requesting the summer semester be informed, with due consideration of the following points, to submit their requests through the Golestan system from 15/03/1394 to 15/04/1394. * Lorestan University is not the organizer of the summer semester. * Evening students must deposit 1/3 of their semester's fixed tuition fee to account number 7873149012 at Tejarat Bank, University Branch, through the electronic portal of the Golestan system. The form for these students must be sealed with the seal of the Evening Student Financial Affairs. * Students are permitted to select a maximum of 6 course units in the summer semester. * A student cannot take more than one course (2 units) of Islamic Studies courses in the summer semester, except for those students who are graduating. * Taking specialized courses is only possible at public universities. * Taking general courses is possible at Payame Noor universities in addition to public universities. * Note: A student requesting the summer semester is permitted to select one university. * Summer semester requests registered by the student in the Golestan system, after approval by the academic department, faculty education, and the General Department of Educational Affairs of the university, are not subject to any changes (such as changing courses, changing the name of the university, etc.). Therefore, please exercise the necessary care in preparing and approving the mentioned form. * The student has no right to make any changes to the summer semester form after approval. * Experts from the academic departments should receive the summer semester forms from the Golestan system and provide them in 3 (three) copies, along with the overall transcript, to the benefiting students for the continuation of legal procedures.
