Complete the Incentive Base Request Form

Completion of the application form for a supplementary salary step. One supplementary salary step will be awarded for every 30 surplus research points registered from 2012 to 2014, based on the resolution of the eighteenth session of the third ordinary meeting of the third term of the Board of Trustees of Lorestan University, dated 2015/09/22. This is in exchange for deducting a minimum of 30 surplus research points accumulated from ISI and valid scientific research articles indexed from the beginning of 2012 to the end of 2014. Therefore, esteemed faculty members must complete the relevant forms along with the necessary documentation and submit them to the Vice-Chancellor for Research of the Faculty of Literature, Dr. Mirzaei Al-Hosseini, by October 17th.
